The rally was inspirational (see photos below), but despite thousands loudly protesting all day, the bill unfortunately passed, 22 to 14. As the Beacons of Light, Love & Liberty stated in their recent newsletter, this is a blatant violation of rights protected under the US and State Constitutions and it cannot be allowed to stand.
